This winter, thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters during our Fall Gala Fund-a-Need, a new backup generator was installed at our wildlife hospital.
For many of our patients (especially orphaned babies) reliable power isn’t just a convenience; it’s essential. Throughout baby season, incubators, heating pads, and other life-saving equipment must operate around the clock to keep young wildlife warm, safe, and thriving.
Now, even if the power goes out during a storm or emergency, critical care continues without interruption. From newly hatched ducklings and orphaned opossums to young foxes and countless other wildlife patients, every animal in our care is protected when they need us most.
This generator is more than a piece of equipment, it’s peace of mind for our staff and a lifeline for the wildlife that depends on us.
Thank you for making this possible. Your generosity is helping save lives every day, no matter the weather.
